Title : Delivery and implementation of a system for automatic digitization of documentation.
Description : 1. The subject of the contract is: Expansion and integration of the hospital system with the capability of electronically signing documents using signature collection devices and e-ID readers – purchase of a system for digital patient consents and interviews integrated with the HIS system, along with the delivery of signature digitization and content display devices, staff training, and support services. Delivery and implementation of a system for automatic digitization of documentation (hereinafter: System). The system is to enable the digitization of handwritten text. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the size, scope, type and quantity of deliveries, warranty and service terms, are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract – OPZ (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), which is an integral part of the SWZ. 3. CPC categories: 7 and 24. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers. 5. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contractor will complete the contract no later than May 31, 2026, from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract completion date is contingent upon the need to settle and complete the project implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Priority: Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system – grant part Measure D1.1.2. Accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare through the further development of digital services in healthcare.
