Detailed Description Ticket control and quality control services

The contract being tendered includes 2 sub-contracts, and one overall contract is being entered into with one supplier. Sub-contract 1 includes ticket control in Aarhus Light Rail and city buses in Aarhus with 12,500 checks in Aarhus Light Rail and 66,250 checks in city buses annually. Sub-contract 2 includes ticket control in buses outside Aarhus with 23,800 checks annually, as well as quality checks in buses throughout Midttrafik's area with 6,000 checks annually. The contract is an unlimited contract, where both parties have the option to terminate the contract with a minimum of 6 months' notice for Midttrafik and 18 months' notice for the supplier. However, the contract can be terminated at the earliest on 31 December 2031. The contract will therefore run until one of the parties terminates it. There is a requirement for the transfer of the employees (currently 17) who currently carry out ticket checks on city buses in Aarhus.
