Detailed Description	Ticket-issuing machines – Supply and installation of technological equipment and related facilities within the project "Development of the Intelligent Urban Management System at the Level of the Municipality of Alba Iulia Through the Purchase and Placement of Intelligent Travel Ticket Issuing Machines in Passenger Boarding Stations" - Smart Ticket Issue Machines, 45 Smart Payment Machines, Ticket Vending Machines The project aims to supply and install 45 intelligent payment machines at passenger boarding stations in Alba Iulia Municipality within the investment objective "DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTELLIGENT URBAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE LEVEL OF ALBA MUNICIPALITY IULIA BY PURCHASING AND PLACEMENT OF SMART TICKET ISSUE MACHINES IN PASSENGER BOARDING STATIONS”, based on the technical and economic documentation phase PT+DE+CS prepared by URBAN SCOPE SRL and the building permit no. 528/08.10.2025. Project activities: • The project implementation process will follow the following stages: • Purchase of an integrated and intelligent ticket vending machine system at the level of 45 passenger boarding stations in Alba Iulia, which involves upgrading the current smart payment systems for the purchase of travel tickets. • Execution of the works necessary for the installation and commissioning of the 45 ticket vending machines in passenger boarding stations. • Training sessions for the staff who will manage the new equipment - at the operator level and the staff of the Alba Iulia Municipality. • Ensuring maintenance of the devices during the warranty period. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
