Detailed Description	Ticket-issuing machines – New TVM's to DSB Indicative Prior Notice Regarding Upcoming Tender for the Procurement of New TVMs for DSB As part of the preparations for an upcoming tender under the Utilities Directive for new TVMs, DSB aims to ensure the greatest possible transparency regarding the scope of the tender and the expected publication date. The upcoming tender is expected to include the following elements: Purchase of new TVMs Transportation of TVMs to Denmark Removal of existing TVMs Installation and commissioning of new TVMs Testing of new TVMs Operation of new TVMs during a contract period expected to last 10–15 years Ongoing procurement of spare parts The future supplier will be responsible for the above tasks throughout the entire contract period. The new TVMs will replace the current ones, with a nationwide 1:1 replacement expected. DSB anticipates publishing the tender for the above in April 2026. The tender is expected to be conducted as a negotiated procedure, with contract signing anticipated in early 2027. DSB reserves the right to make changes to the final tender material.
