Detailed Description	TICKETING - Market 6 - Development of unified software for handheld control devices This contract is a private contract not subject to the provisions of the French Public Procurement Code. It concerns the design, development, and delivery of two Android mobile applications. These applications must be compatible with at least two models of POS terminals used for ticket inspections on the Lille European Metropolis (MEL) transport network. One application will be dedicated to locating ticket inspection and enforcement operations. The second will be a unified application enabling the inspection of all types of ticketing media within the MEL fare range, including the upcoming Open Payment system, as well as providing additional functionalities for ticket inspection and fraud prevention teams. The terms and conditions for implementing the optional tranches TO1, TO2, and TO3 are detailed in the Tender Regulations.
