1. The subject of the order is the purchase of equipment and implementation of a system for automatic digitization of documentation. 2. The subject of the order includes two packages: 2.1. Package No. 1 – Expansion and integration of the hospital system with the capability of electronically signing documents using signature collection devices and e-ID readers together with licenses 2.2. Package No. 2 – Installation and implementation of an automatic documentation digitization system – hardware and software 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 2.1. for Package No. 1 is included in Appendix No. 1a to the Specifications of Terms of Reference “Description of the subject of the order – Package No. 1” 2.2. for Package No. 2 is included in Appendix No. 1b to the Specifications of Terms of Reference “Description of the subject of the order – Package No. 1” 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendices No. 1a and 1b to the Specifications of Terms of Reference “Description of the subject of the order” (also referred to as OPZ). The order is financed under the project entitled "Development of digital services, improvement of data security and integration of hospital systems as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Acceleration of digital transformation processes in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system" of the KPO
