Detailed Description	Ticket-issuing machines – Parking machines Parking machines for paying for parking with banknotes and bank cards, power supply from the 230V mains, equipped with batteries for continuous operation, with the possibility of entering the registration number directly at the machine, issuing a parking ticket, menu in Romanian, English, German. The parking machines will be managed by a server. Bidders must describe the technical characteristics of the server in the offer and submit the software user manual (front-end and back-end). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids: 20 The contracting authority will send the response to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting bids
