Detailed Description Bank card acceptance POS terminals - Credit card acceptance POS terminals

During this public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to procure the bank card acceptance service on the Personal Sales and Customer Service Network, the TVM Ticket and Pass Sales Machine Network, and the On-site Ticket Verification sales channels. The main tasks of the Winning Tenderer, in particular: • The Winning Tenderer is expected to ensure the operation of the POS, mPOS, softPOS terminals provided by the Winning Tenderer as specified in the technical specifications, to deliver, install and operate the terminals with the functions required by the Contracting Authority, i.e. to provide hardware and software maintenance (terminal management) services, and to provide bank card acceptance services for self-service POS terminals (TVM). • It must accept magnetic stripe, chip and contactless bank cards and smart devices. At least Mastercard and VISA card companies, and JCB and CUP card brands are expected to be accepted; • It must maintain a 24x7 merchant and technical support customer service (Helpdesk), and a complaint management interface or other electronic communication channel must be provided to handle such matters; • It must provide the possibility of testing in connection with the transitions and on an ad hoc basis during the provision of the service; • It must provide the Procuring Entity with the bank card traffic analytics specified in the technical specifications for each sales channel by e-mail, in an encrypted file, or even in a format that can be downloaded by the Procuring Entity. • The Procuring Entity is responsible for providing the Qvik service as detailed in the technical specifications.
