Detailed Description Documents in the PIK HL7 standard e-Health Center (9 documents) and integration with CeZ in the scope of digitization of treatment cards - Digitization + indexing

The subject of the contract includes: 1. Documents in the PIK HL7 e-Health Center standard (9 documents) - 1 set. Expansion of hospital systems. Expanding EDM with new statutory documents, integration with the P1 platform for the indicated documents, along with monitoring the level of their indexation by 9 documents: - histopathological test descriptions, - cytological test descriptions, - oncological diagnostic and treatment card (e-DILO), - oncological treatment plan, - Patient Summary (Patient Health Card), - cardiology care card (e-KOK), - emergency medical records, - medical records of the air ambulance team, - occupational medicine documents (medical certificate document and guidelines resulting from working conditions or the workplace). Under the warranty, the Contractor undertakes to provide authoring supervision and maintenance of the HIS application software for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract, along with update services for the supplied software. Integration with CeZ for treatment card digitization - Digitization + indexing - 1 set. Digitization of medical records. Integration with P1 - support for the digitization of medical records. Functional requirements: - Ability to monitor the level of document indexing (information cards) - including cards transferred to the central repository of the e-Health Center for digitized paper medical records, divided into organizational units (ability to monitor the indicator at the level of managers of individual organizational units), with monthly accuracy. - Ability to resend indexes to P1 and review indexing errors from the HIS GUI (including the ability to perform reindexing in synchronous mode directly from the medical records screen in the patient's hospital stay data). - Ability to force reindexing from the EDM repository GUI. - Functionality for creating electronic documents compliant with the PIK HL7 CDA template for digitized documents based on scanned documents registered in the system. - Ability to certify the compliance of a digitized document with the original by providing an electronic signature. - Integration with the P1 platform in accordance with the provided service specification for digitized documents. - Automatic reindexing of documents for which the reason for the inability to index has ceased (e.g., delayed ZM submission) - a process running in the background based on the provided configuration. - Ability to rebuild the document index and send it to P1 without the need to create and sign a new version of the document in the absence of a ZM ID. - Presentation of document indexing indicators and a list of problems related to data indexing in the P1 system. - Indication of corrective actions for document indexing problems in P1 and access to the functionalities that implement them. - Preparation of a list of documents subject to indexing in P1.but not indexed. Under the warranty, the Contractor undertakes to provide authoring supervision of the HIS application software for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the agreement, together with update services for the delivered software. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
