Detailed Description Maintenance and minor extensions of the University's access control systems using the Leocarte multi-service card

This contract has several objectives: To standardize corrective software and hardware maintenance across the 6 campuses for the 3 access control systems benefiting from centralized supervision and using the "LEOCARTE" multi-service card, To be able to extend existing systems across all university infrastructures if a new need arises on already equipped buildings, To maintain the management of different accesses at the most appropriate level (components, laboratory, building) by configuring the delegation of rights, To comply with the various regulations (PSSI, GDPR, ERP code, accessibility, etc.).

Title : Lot 1 - Maintenance and minor extension of installations using technical solutions compatible with the systems supplied by SYNCHRONIC and TILL
Description : The present match has several objectives: • To standardize corrective software and hardware maintenance across the 6 campuses for the 3 access control systems benefiting from centralized supervision and using the "LEOCARTE" multi-service card, • To be able to extend existing systems across all university infrastructures if a new need arises on buildings already equipped, • To maintain the management of different accesses at the most appropriate level (components, laboratory, building) by configuring the delegation of rights, • To be compliant with the various regulations (PSSI, GDPR, ERP code, accessibility, etc.).
