Messe Berlin GmbH, hereinafter also referred to as Messe Berlin (MB) and Client (AG), is tendering the following service: Ticketing system, CP1-2025-0083

Title : Ticket system
Description : This tender is for a flexible and fully customizable ticketing solution across multiple channels (online and on-site), including an integrated access control system, as a SaaS solution. The solution should be designed so that the client can configure it entirely (ticket sales and access control) themselves, without the need for external support or additional services. No external experts are primarily required for the technical implementation, as the system is completely user-friendly and configurable without any programming knowledge. An intuitive user interface and extensive customization options are required, enabling the client to independently manage all settings, workflows, and integrations. Changes made in the backend should be reflected in the frontend in real time. We place particular emphasis on open-source software with open standards. Proprietary solutions that restrict these criteria should only be considered as a last resort. The apps for point-of-sale (POS) sales and access control should be Android-based to allow the client to use existing hardware. Support for apps running Android 12 and later will be guaranteed for the duration of the contract.
