Detailed Description Renewal of the corporate and personalized payment card contract for EDF Group employees

This contract concerns the supply and management of individual, named corporate payment cards, as well as associated services, for business travel and specific overhead expenses of EDF Group employees. The payment methods cover, in particular, business expenses not centrally paid through the Group's Travel tools (additional services, meals, taxis, fuel, miscellaneous expenses). The contract applies to EDF Group entities, primarily in France (mainland and overseas departments and territories), as well as internationally, notably for certain European subsidiaries. The cardholders are EDF Group employees required to travel for business. In accordance with the provisions of Article R.2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code and the requirements of European Directive 2014/25/EU, this framework agreement includes a maximum, non-binding volume of 30,000 active cards over the total duration of the framework agreement. This ceiling is set solely to comply with the capping obligations imposed by European public procurement law. It is expressly stated that this volume is strictly provisional, does not constitute a contractual commitment for the Company, and does not entitle the contractors to any compensation.
