Detailed Description	Procurement of a self-service library solution based on RFID technology The National Library of Estonia wishes to procure a self-service library solution based on RFID (radio frequency identification) technology. The aim of the procurement is to create a modern self-service environment for RaRa users, with which users can borrow and return documents independently and do so with 24/7 access. The aim is to create a solution for retrieving, borrowing and returning documents from storage, as well as inventorying, as automated and convenient as possible. The procurement result also includes a collection processing solution (UHF RFID (radio frequency identification) and a solution for printing stickers, including place cards, for employees of the Collection Development Department of the National Library of Estonia. The procurement object forms a functionally and technically unified whole, therefore, dividing it into parts is not reasonable in view of the purpose of the procurement. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the procurement documents
