The following objectives are to be achieved in particular: - Improved user-friendliness and acceptance for users of university catering services - Efficient electronic payment processes with minimal waiting times - Ensuring the highest security standards in payment processing - Integration into existing or future POS and inventory management systems - Transparent, secure, and traceable accounting and reporting functions - Implementation of cashless payment processes (without cash top-ups) - Provision of solutions that meet current and future requirements for digital payment methods, especially mobile payment - Cost-effectiveness of the overall solution
