Procurement of services for the introduction of the payment system through an electronic terminal accepting cards at the point of sale - EFT - POS (Electronic fund transfer at Point of Sale) and ON-LINE, for the collection of tariffs charged by ONRC through debit cards and credit cards

The main object of the framework agreement is the provision of services and, as an accessory, the provision of software packages and EFT-POS equipment, without which the provision of the service would not be possible, representing intrinsic elements, so that the type of framework agreement is a public procurement contract for the provision of services, as defined in paragraph (1) letter o) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 (twenty) days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
