Detailed Description Purchase of 15 ABC (Automated Border Control) biometric gates – automatic border control system

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 15 ABC (Automated Border Control) biometric gates – an automatic border control system. The description and method of order execution are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DPO), which constitutes Appendix 2 to the ToR.
2. Whenever the subject matter of the order is described in the ToR, including the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, which constitutes Appendix 2 to the ToR, by indicating trademarks, standards, patents, or the source of a detailed process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.
3. A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obligated to demonstrate that the equipment it offers meets the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, which constitutes Appendix 2 to the ToR. Equivalence in terms of technical, functional, or operational parameters is intended, in particular, to ensure that technical parameters not inferior to those assumed by the Ordering Party are achieved.
