Detailed Description Tender for a limited partnership share, a ticketing system and a booking system, as well as services related to ticket and package sales for the Oberammergau Passion Play in 2030 and optionally for 2034

In 2030, at least 80 and at most 115 performance days are expected to take place. The Passion Play Theatre is expected to have a capacity of 4,384 people. For the last Passion Play, the municipality established a municipal limited liability company under private law and sold a 24% stake in the company by means of a share purchase agreement. The municipality has since reacquired this 24% stake and intends to transfer it for the 2030 Passion Play to the bidder who submits the most economically advantageous offer in this tender process. The company's tasks include, in particular, the sale of tickets for the 2030 Passion Play, as well as the bundling of tickets with hotel, catering, and other services into packages, and the distribution and marketing of the tickets and these packages. This tender process aims to find a suitable co-partner with expertise in the travel sector who will participate in the company as a limited partner. At the same time, a cooperation and service agreement is to be concluded with the co-shareholder, which is also the subject of this tendering procedure and which obliges the co-shareholder in particular to manage, distribute and market the tickets as well as to create, manage, market and distribute arrangements.
