Description: This comprehensive framework agreement covers the intrusion detection, security intercom, toll intercom, and access control systems for the Rungis International Market. 1- General Services: 1.1 Annual Preventive Maintenance (years 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029): Preventive maintenance includes: - An annual inspection and maintenance visit for each piece of equipment (hardware and software); - An annual backup of all control units; - A maintenance report for each installation; - Correction of major malfunctions; - Monitoring of interventions through report writing; - Monitoring and keeping technical files up to date. 1.2 Corrective Maintenance (years 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029): Corrective maintenance includes: - The replacement of hardware or parts constituting intrusion detection or access control equipment that are found to be defective. - Corrections and updates to software managing intrusion detection or access control equipment. - Complete reinstallation of an intrusion detection or access control system. - Corrective maintenance does not cover IT equipment (PCs and servers). 1.3 Curative Maintenance (years 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029): Curative maintenance with access to telephone support includes: - Replacement of various components following failures detected and identified during maintenance; - Monitoring of interventions through report writing; - Monitoring and keeping technical files up to date. 2. Ad hoc work and interventions (purchase orders) based on site needs relating to the evolution or expansion of systems linked to the following equipment: - intrusion detection systems, - security intercom systems, - toll intercom systems, - access control systems. Services include the technical studies necessary for the proper execution of the work, testing, training, and provision of as-built documentation. - Ad hoc interventions for the evolution or extension of existing systems; - The possible supply of additional equipment related to existing or newly integrated systems; - Testing, fine-tuning, and functional verification until full validation by the client; - Complete commissioning of the installations, including training of designated personnel; - Handover of the As-Built Documentation (DOE), including all technical documentation, user manuals, diagrams, software, configuration files, maintenance and operating procedures; - On-site inspection,Routing and cabling (including utilities); - Management of network connection requests for new equipment in conjunction with the site's IT department; - Installation of connection boxes; - Cable pulling; - Installation and connection of single-mode fiber optics; - Installation and programming of access control systems, badge readers, intercoms, and security intercoms; - Supply and programming of badges. The contractor agrees to comply with technical specifications, best practices, applicable standards, and regulations in force, particularly regarding electrical installations, electromagnetic compatibility, and system interoperability. All services must be performed with a focus on functional optimization, installation durability, and energy efficiency. On-site work may be required during off-peak hours or at night, depending on site operational constraints. This contract aims to guarantee the reliability of systems and the evolution of technical installations, within a framework of continuity of service and optimization of the infrastructure of the Rungis International Market.
