The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and reputable service provider to oversee the provisioning, installation, configuration, commissioning, and decommissioning of a Parking Management System (PMS) at Gateway Airport. The system aims to enhance access control and revenue generation, with comprehensive maintenance and support for a period of three years. Additionally, the project includes skills transfer, documentation, and ensuring business continuity through system handover and testing.

Technical Requirements
The technical specifications include, but are not limited to:

Enterprise-level, scalable, and open-platform compatible PMS software
Hardware components such as plinths, barriers, boom gates, APMs, RFID card readers, ticket dispensers, and intercom systems, weather-proof and vandal-resistant
Integration with License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, CCTV, and existing infrastructure
Automated payment options including cash, card, mobile payments, and Bill-to-Bill functionality
Advanced ticketing with barcode, magnetic stripe, RFID, and facial recognition capabilities
Traffic management features such as traffic lights, loop detection, and tailgating prevention
Real-time monitoring, reporting, and web-based system access
Backup power supply (UPS), cooling fans, and tamper detection
Secure user management with role-based access and audit logs
