Detailed Description Delivery of specialized biometric stations EURODAC and renovation of existing biometric stations for the needs of the Directorate General of Border Guards - Ministry of Interior and the Directorate General of Border Guards - Ministry of Interior (38 specialized biometric stations)

The subject of the order includes activities for the delivery, installation, commissioning, configuration and warranty maintenance of 38 specialized biometric stations for verification and identification of persons and renovation of existing 33 workstations for the needs of the Main Directorate of Border Police and the Directorate of Migration.

The main objective of this procurement is the adaptation of the national fingerprint identification system "Eurodac" in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2024/1358 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024 establishing a Eurodac system for the comparison of fingerprints for the effective application of Regulation (EU) No. 2024/1351 and Regulation (EU) No. 2024/1350 on the identification of illegally staying third-country nationals or stateless persons and on requests for comparison with EURODAC data by the law enforcement authorities of the Member States and Europol for law enforcement purposes, amending Regulations (EU) 2018/1240 and (EU) 2019/818 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Regulation (EU) No. 603/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The performance of the contract has been postponed under the terms of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
