Detailed Description Security systems and tendering for security technology-related services

The subject of the procurement is security systems and security technology-related services. The Criminal Sanctions Agency will procure security technology used in prisons and security technology maintenance services. The procurement covers all prisons of the Criminal Sanctions Agency. This procurement is divided into the following sub-areas:
1. Security systems
2. Access control system
3. Locking

The products and related services subject to the procurement by sub-area are described in general terms in Annex 1 of the request for participation Preliminary description of the subject of the procurement. Requirements related to the procurement are also included in other annexes to the request for participation. The candidate may participate and be selected for one or more sub-areas. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period of the procurement is fixed for 5 years, after which the contract will continue to be valid indefinitely. SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The estimated value of the procurement is estimated at €15,000,000 (VAT 0%). The estimated value is estimated for a fixed 5-year contract period. The estimated total value of the procurement is divided by sub-area as follows: The estimated value of the security systems in Sub-area 1 is approximately €10,000,000-€11,000,0000 (VAT 0%) The estimated value of the access control system in Sub-area 2 is approximately €2,000,000-€3,000,000 (VAT 0%) The estimated value of the locking in Sub-area 3 is approximately €500,000-€1,000,000 (VAT 0%)

Description : The subject of the sub-area is an access control system, which is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for participation. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period for the procurement is fixed at 5 years, after which the contract will continue to be valid indefinitely. SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The estimated value of Sub-area 2 Access Control System is approximately €2,000,000 - €3,000,000 (VAT 0%)

Description : The subject of the sub-area is locking systems, which are described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for participation. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period for the procurement is fixed at 5 years, after which the contract will continue to be valid indefinitely.
