Purchase of ticket rolls under a framework purchase agreement

Lot: LOT-0001
Title : Purchasing ticket rolls
Description : Procurement of six different types (I. On-board, II. International, III. Domestic, IV. HKIR OBU roll, V. HKIR OBU ticket ribbon, VI. Universal), planned to be equipped with a total of ~6 security elements (hologram and/or watermark and/or metal thread and/or application of UV ink and/or application of OVI ink), completely free of optical bleach, valuable item type, ticket paper coupons in rolls within the framework of a framework contract. The framework amount of the contract: net 600,000,000,- HUF. In the event of a successful procedure, the Requesting Party (hereinafter: AK) will conclude a contract for the indicated framework amount. AK undertakes an order obligation for a net value of 420,000,000,- HUF from the framework amount (planned for 190,000,000 pcs of products). The value of the part of the budget not affected by the order obligation is net HUF 180,000,000 (planned for ~83,255,000 products), which value is included in the estimated value in accordance with Section 16 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The rules for placing orders are included in the draft contract. The quantities given above are for information purposes only, planned quantities (the exact numbers of products required for the performance of AK's activities arising during the term of the contract cannot be forecasted). The details are contained in the Technical Description and Draft Contract in Chapter III of the Public Procurement Documents (hereinafter: KD).
