Detailed Description	Supply and sending of multi-brand gift cards to agents for the group order of the Beaune Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community, the City of Beaune and its CCAS The purpose of this consultation is the supply and sending of multi-brand gift cards for the group order formed between: - the Beaune, Côte et Sud Urban Community (group coordinator) - the City of Beaune, - the CCAS. This is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders entered into in the form of a formalized procedure contract pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1° and L2124-1, and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 500,000 Euros for the duration of the contract. The contract takes effect from November 3, 2025 or its notification date if later, for a period of 4 years. By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the CCAGS FCS, the notification is deemed to have been made on the date the documents on the buyer profile are sent.
