Detailed Description Expanding smart solutions for the digitalization of the urban transport system in the city of Beclean including Tolling solutions (automatic ticket and validator and transport card recharge)

Within this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude the supply contract for the investment objective "Extension of smart solutions for the digitalization of the urban transport system in the city of Beclean":
Lot 1 - Smart passenger information systems (LED display panel for bus stations)
Lot 2 - Tolling solutions (automatic ticket and validator and transport card recharge)
Lot 3 - Smart parking solutions (infrastructure that includes sensor system, parking barriers, automatic tolling solutions)

The estimated value of the products to be supplied is 2,461,350 lei excluding VAT, according to the financing contract no. 145264/21.12.2022 concluded between the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration and the UAT of the City of Beclean. The estimated values ​​for each lot are as follows:
Lot 1 - Intelligent passenger information systems (LED display panel for bus stations) - 500,000 lei excluding VAT
Lot 2 - Tolling solutions (automatic ticket and validator and transport card recharge) - 400,000 lei excluding VAT
Lot 3 - Intelligent parking solutions (infrastructure that includes sensor system, parking barriers, automatic toll solutions) - 1,561,350 lei excluding VAT The equipment to be delivered under the contract for each lot is listed below:
LOT 1 - Intelligent passenger information systems (LED display panel for bus stations) - 20 pcs
LOT 2 - Tolling solutions (automatic ticket and validator and transport card recharge) - 3 pcs
LOT 3 - Intelligent parking solutions (infrastructure that includes sensor system, parking barriers, toll solutions) automatic) – 2 pcs Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications sent on the 6th day before the deadline for submission of offers. For requests for clarifications received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
