Framework agreement for the provision of card terminals and the associated services in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg

Title : The 1
Description : Purchase or rental of card-based payment devices (card terminals) for additional and replacement devices, as well as the gradual takeover of operation of existing devices owned by FHH (i.e., without device replacement). Furthermore, existing rented card terminals are to be replaced with rental devices from the contractor. In addition, associated network services are required for — proper billing of electronically recorded data records, — consulting, — delivery, installation, training, — setup and maintenance of master data, — troubleshooting. Lot 1 includes hardware, accessories, and provider services for mobile and stationary card terminals.

Title : The 2
Description : For the currently 18 integrated card terminals (type OPPC60) in the existing cash registers of the companies HESS and CSG, the contractor is only to provide the provider service.
