Detailed Description	Payment card (authorization) services The object of the procurement is payment card (authorization) services (hereinafter referred to as the services). The object of the procurement is divided into the following parts: Part I (first) of the procurement "Payment Authorization at Post Offices" - payment card service services for operations performed by post offices using integrated card readers (hereinafter referred to as Part I of the procurement or Part I of the procurement); Part II (second) of the procurement "SoftPOS" - payment card service services for operations performed by couriers and postmen using mobile card readers and mobile data loggers, which operate the "SoftPOS" contactless payment acceptance solution (hereinafter referred to as Part II of the procurement or Part II of the procurement).
