Detailed Description Providing comprehensive laundry services, including hospital linen rental and implementing a linen circulation recording system for the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska - and Implementation of a system for recording linen circulation, hereinafter referred to as the RFID system (radio frequency identification system)

Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services, along with the rental/lease of part of the assortment and the implementation of a system for recording linen circulation, hereinafter referred to as the RFID system (radio frequency identification system), for the needs of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical specifications (SOP) and the draft agreement with annexes.
2. The subject of the contract is defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) by the code: 98 31 00 00-9 laundry and dry cleaning services 98 31 10 00-6 laundry collection services 98 31 50 00-4 ironing services The offer consists of:
1) a completed offer form, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SOP;
2) a completed price form, in accordance with Appendix No. 2A to the SOP;
