Detailed Description	Handling of payment terminals with the possibility of settling and dividing payments into designated bank accounts, used by Customs and Tax Service officers for all IAS The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the following scope: 1) a settlement agent to operate payment terminals in units of the National Revenue Administration for all tax administration chambers; 2) the lease of 199 portable payment terminals that the Ordering Party will use to accept payments by Customs and Tax Service officers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix 1 to the PPU. Acceptance of Diners, JCB and UPI cards without additional fees for the Ordering Party (K) – criterion weight 5%. Acceptance of BLIK mobile payments and contactless payments with mobile devices (Google Pay, Apple Pay, device equipped with an NFC module) and electronic wallets without additional fees for the Ordering Party (B) – criterion weight 5%.
