Detailed Description	Payment services via bank cards for end customers, through the own iHidro application and on the hidroelectrica.ro website The acquisition involves the conclusion of a contract with a duration of 48 months with the object of "Payment services by bank cards for end customers, through the iHidro application and on the hidroelectrica.ro website", in accordance with all the requirements of the Specifications no. 82785/25.07.2025. The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarification in SEAP is no later than the 18th day before the deadline set for submitting offers. The Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification - on the 11th day before the deadline set by the Participation Notice for submitting offers. Only requests for clarification addressed by economic operators within the previously stated deadline will be responded to.
