Detailed Description	Supply, installation and commissioning of access control, payment and video monitoring equipment for the parking lot in Unirii Square Given that the existing equipment is over 14 years old, functions poorly, the card payment solution generates numerous problems and the fact that the supplier no longer provides spare parts necessary to maintain the existing equipment in optimal operating parameters, the contracting authority wants to ensure efficient payment solutions, the acquisition being necessary for the smooth running of the current activity. The entire access and payment control equipment will have the role of automatically managing, without human operators, access to the parking entrance, traffic within the parking lot, displaying available parking spaces and the hourly rate, charging the parking time value according to the established rates, as well as access to the parking exit through the equipment and the management system.
