Detailed Description	Production Of Secure Polycarbonate Cards The purpose of this market consultation is to gain insight into the technical and operational capabilities of market parties for the production of high-quality polycarbonate cards. The focus is on ID-sized polycarbonate cards with advanced security features and/or chip integration. The RDW is responsible for providing the print files and personalising the relevant cards via laser engraving. The annual quantity of cards to be produced can fluctuate significantly and is expected to range between 0 and 100.000 units, depending on stock levels, policy developments, and market demand. We are therefore interested in the extent to which market parties are willing to accommodate RDW’s variable demand and remain flexible, including the ability to rapidly scale production capacity up or down.
