Detailed Description Procurement of cash register and access systems for the municipal swimming pools of the city of Münster

The city of Münster is planning to upgrade the cash register systems in its seven indoor and three outdoor pools. These are the indoor pools: Mitte, Südbad, Ost, Hiltrup, Wolbeck, Kinderhaus, Roxel and the outdoor pools: Stapelskotten, Hiltrup and Coburg. The indoor pools are open almost year-round and, depending on the weather, are open at the same time as the outdoor pools. All ten pools together have around 650,000 visitors a year. The city of Münster wants to introduce a modern and future-proof cash register and access control solution that corresponds to the latest state of the art. For this purpose, an overall system based on a SaaS solution in the cloud, including the necessary hardware components (payment machines, QR and Mifare readers at the existing turnstiles) and the corresponding service for the system, is to be procured. In particular, full service (system service) across the entire system is an essential requirement to ensure smooth and future-proof operation at the 10 locations.
