Detailed Description Delivery and implementation of a passenger information system and implementation of a joint travel ticket for PKS Konin, MZK Konin and Koleje Wielkopolskie, along with related supplies and services

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an integrated passenger information system at PKS in Konin and the implementation of a common travel ticket for PKS Konin, MZK Konin and Koleje Wielkopolskie together with associated supplies and services (hereinafter referred to as the System), in connection with the implementation of the project entitled "Low-emission public transport in the Konin subregion". The subject of the order consists of the following main elements:
1.1. delivery of equipment – bus ticket machines, passenger information displays
1.2. delivery of the system (software, licenses)
1.3. system implementation
1.4. providing access to the system and technical support
1.5. training of administrators and users
1.6. warranty service 1.7. system maintenance

2. The subject of the order consists in particular of:
2.1. Delivery of software and implementation of an online sales service for a common ticket for journeys: PKS Konin, Koleje Wielkopolskie and MZK Konin.
2.2. Delivery of 180 complete bus ticketing devices along with software in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model – enabling ticket sales and control by the driver on board the bus.
2.3. Providing a warranty for the bus ticketing devices and ensuring warranty service and technical support.
2.4. Delivery and implementation of software (in a SaaS model) used to create timetables, tariffs, and settle sales across all sales channels.
2.5. Software licensing and technical support.
2.6. Delivery and implementation of a module (in a SaaS model) for the passenger information system.
2.7. Delivery and installation of passenger information displays.
2.8. Providing access to the System, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and providing service and technical support.
2.9. User and administrator training.
