Detailed Description Ticket-issuing machines – Lease of 15 stationary devices for paying fares on public transport vehicles, along with a system supervising the operation of the devices and their assembly

1. The subject of the order includes:
a) The subject of the order is: Lease of 15 stationary fare payment devices for public transport vehicles, along with a system supervising the operation of the devices installed at 15 stops indicated by the Ordering Party, for a period of 45 months.
b) A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix 9 to the Specification of Technical Specifications.
c) The Contractor will perform the subject of the order comprehensively, diligently, and without additional investment purchases by the Ordering Party.
d) All costs associated with the performance of the subject of the order will be borne by the Contractor.
e) The Contractor submitting a bid accepts the terms of the contract proposed in the contract template attached to the Specification of Technical Specifications.
f) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial bids.
g) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant bids.
h) The Ordering Party hereby informs that it does not intend to award supplementary contracts.
i) The Ordering Party does not intend to select the most advantageous bid using an electronic auction.
