Detailed Description Library digitization - equipment acquisition - Library RFID system including 80,000 RFID tags, 2 RFID Library workstations, etc.

Purchase agreement for the purchase of the following library RFID system, institutional digital repository and digitization equipment:
80,000 RFID tags
2 RFID Library workstations
1 RFID Stock Protection Gate
1 RFID Self-loan terminal
1 RFID Mobile data collector
1 Institutional digital repository
1 Book scanner
1 Sheet scanner
1 SIP2 module perpetual license

The bid price must include the cost of delivery, installation, commissioning of the devices and 3 hours of training and education for 4 colleagues, as well as the cost of online and maximum two on-site support services for the installed devices until April 30, 2026. The devices of the RFID system (RFID tag, Library workstation, Stock Protection Gate, Self-loan terminal, Mobile data collector) must be compatible with each other in all respects! Detailed technical specifications are included in the technical table published as part of the public procurement documents. The reference to the specific make, origin, type included in the notice and in the public procurement documents was made only in order to clearly and easily define and facilitate the subject of the public procurement. The contracting authority shall accept a product that is equivalent in all respects pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.)
