Detailed Description	OpenText™ Identity Manager and Access Manager software licenses The subject of the procurement is OpenText™ Identity Manager and Access Manager licenses for the existing environment. The IAM solution used by the University of Jyväskylä is based on OpenText™ Identity Manager and Access Manager products. The license procurement will continue the use of the system as a whole. The licenses will be put out to tender for a period of three years. The procurement includes a two-year option, making the total duration of the contract five years. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a fixed purchase obligation for the subscriber or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.
